Awesome customer service! We were given 4 weeks for free for the first month which really helped after the costs of movers! They followed up afterwards to ensure the move went smoothly. They also provide such easy ways to contact which is nice if we need any additional support in the future

Wonderful experience right from reserving a unit. Brian was lovely and made a “stale” sales transaction funny and personal. Paul was lovely in ensuring that I had all the information I needed the day before. The unit is perfect, clean and well maintained. Jessica was lovely and helped us get the lock. For a corporation I was blown away with how personalized and easy this transaction was!

Recently got a storage unit from this location and Shauna and Lakezia were absolutely amazing! they made the process so simple and easy and explained everything so clearly. when i had an issue with my access code they answered the phone right away and solved my problem in minutes! moving and having to put things into storage is so stressful but the process of acquiring the unit being so simple definitely helped to relieve some of that stress. thanks again!!
