They answered all my questions patiently and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organized, and I really appreciated the extra effort the staff put into making sure I had everything I needed. We are happy with the facilities and the staff is helpful. Our unit was clean, climate controlled, and spacious. Not a huge fan that our rate isn’t set for at least a full year (we were told that after about 4 months the rate will increase and after that they will go up every 10 months. A 20% increase is steep. They should have long term rates that don’t go up every 10 months. Give anyone who pays full for a year a discount or something.

She was incredibly kind, patient, and gave me clear and detailed instructions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. This is my 3rd time using this storage facility, and each time, it has been a great experience. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Destinee was super helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for short term or long term storage options.
