StorageMart - Wonderland

This place has been amazing. The staff have been exceptionally helpful. Have used this place for 1 year. It is very clean and bright. The loading areas are indoors, which makes it much more pleasant on wet or wintery days. There are areas to loads a car or a full loading dock for large trucks. They have trolleys that are available, but is first come, first serve. Boxes and packing materials available on site for purchase when the office is open. This was extremely helpful when I had to reorganized a few boxes that were too heavy and ones that broke from the move in. Very well lit, but you may want to bring a flashlight for inside of your unit, if it is in the lower level. I feel safe going in and being in my unit at anytime of day. Sadly, due to customers not following rules, the clean washrooms now have to be opened by a staff member, so they are only available during office hours. My unit was in the basement, so I would have to go up to the main level to get cell service, as in texts and calls. I will definitely use this place again. Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful and a very clean facility. Great value for what I needed.

First time storage users. Beth was wonderful, taking the time to explain registration and everything to make our booking process smooth and simple. Renting a small 4’ x 4’ unit which perfectly fits our needs for storing the holiday decorations at a reasonable price. Easy access from the 402. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage space.

Spacious and Clean. The staff are fantastic, Beth was an absolute treat. Indoor loading area is amazing. Offers plenty of types and sizes for storage!
