StorageMart - Wharncliffe

Renting a unit at StorageMart on Wharncliffe Rd. S. was an excellent choice. We were able to complete the rental transaction in only about 20 minutes. Tristan and Tyrell were excellent to deal with, were informative and explained everything to us clearly and concisely. We were able to load up our indoor heated locker right away and we were impressed with the cleanliness not only of their front offices, but of the entire facility, inside and out. The convenience of having various types of dollies and trolleys available at the loading door made it incredibly easy to load the locker in only a few trips. They even have (very clean and well-lit) washrooms available in case you get caught short. We feel this is a very secure facility and their operating hours make it very convenient to access your belongings when you need to. To top it all off, we were delighted to hear there was a promo on when we went in, which meant renting this space at a better price than usual was even better! In all, a great experience - highly recommend.

During our visit to the store, we were in search of a storage unit but had a vague idea of what we needed. However, Sally went above and beyond to assist us. She kindly showed us all the options available and even recommended additional options at a different location. We truly appreciate her helpfulness and dedication to finding us the perfect solution. I had such a wonderful experience with Storage Mart during a cross country move to BC. I actually moved my belongings from another storage unit in town after seeing how much better this facility was. It is safe, secure, very clean, and the staff is amazing! Trying to juggle the logistics of staggered moving and shipping dates from across the country was very stressful but Destinee and Ryan went above and beyond to help make it happen. I can't thank them enough for all of their help ensuring my belongings were safe and sound after I left the province. I will absolutely be recommending this place to my family & friends and anyone else who needs a storage unit! Beyond impressed with my experience here from start to finish!
