I had such a wonderful experience with Storage Mart during a cross country move to BC. I actually moved my belongings from another storage unit in town after seeing how much better this facility was. It is safe, secure, very clean, and the staff is amazing! Trying to juggle the logistics of staggered moving and shipping dates from across the country was very stressful but Destinee and Ryan went above and beyond to help make it happen. I can't thank them enough for all of their help ensuring my belongings were safe and sound after I left the province. I will absolutely be recommending this place to my family & friends and anyone else who needs a storage unit! Beyond impressed with my experience here from start to finish!

I want to thank Destinee, Tristan and all of the other employees at StorageMart on Wharncliffe Road South in London, Ontario for all of their assistance over the years. They have always been professional and courteous and the storage facility was always clean and very well maintained and I never once questioned the security of my belongings. I can't stress enough how important all of these things have been for me. It has been a pleasure doing business with you for the past four years. Tristan always stays in touch with me regarding my deliveries and when I left my unit door open and unlocked by mistake he was quick to close and lock it up and contacted me asap. He is always friendly to deal with.
