StorageMart - Commissioners

I'm posting this a few months late but I had such a good experience that I figured, "Better late than never." When I went for my first visit, it was quite windy and cold but that didn't stop Grace from giving me a tour of the place. I'm not good with picturing dimensions so she looked up an empty unit of each size and showed me so that I could get a better grasp of the size that I needed. She explained the different options to me and compared and contrasted prices with me as well. She was very patient and thorough. All around, great service! She deserves a raise!

I visited StorageMart today for my initial check in, and Grace at the front desk was really helpful and understanding. I needed to upgrade my storage unit, and she walked me through the entire process. It's rare to come across such friendly and attentive service. people like her really make your day.

Impeccable customer service! I would highly recommend renting a locker here - I have rented from them a few times, and they always meet customers' needs and exceed expectations. Thank you to everyone who works here.
