Dani was amazing! She showed me many different storage options and explained everything in great detail. It was my first time renting storage, and she was very patient, kind, and welcoming. We spoke for a long time, and she never rushed me—she kept teaching and explaining until I fully understood everything. Truly helpful and professional. Highly recommend her!

First time renting a unit so was a little nervous - but Dani at the counter is AMAZING. She explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond to make sure my specific needs were met. She is also so friendly and personable and we had a few good laughs together. Can’t thank you enough for your service!! Would also like to shout out Jim at the wonderland location for referring me to commissioners, and Amy who played the middle messenger! Thank you all :)

I’ve had such an incredible experience working with the ladies at the Commissioners location (shout out Dani and Amy!). Everything from initial set up to eventual cancellation was flawlessly executed on their end. They truly made the process quick and easy for me.
The storage facility itself is great. It’s safe, secure, and accessible at all times. There are also many options with sizes.
One thing that did surprise me initially is that there is no option to sign a one year contract. Prices can in theory change monthly (I was hit with a price increase 3 months in) and this does make it hard to budget.

Sorry but I forget her name. She's retiring in the next few days. Congratulations on your new journey. She was wonderful to deal with on the way in to the unit and on the way out of the unit. She's the complete package. All the best in your retirement.
