I had a really good experience with StorageMart. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the process. My belongings felt safe and secure the entire time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, a smooth and reliable service—I’d definitely recommend them! Also, the staff Dani was great and amazing.

Dani was amazing! She showed me many different storage options and explained everything in great detail. It was my first time renting storage, and she was very patient, kind, and welcoming. We spoke for a long time, and she never rushed me—she kept teaching and explaining until I fully understood everything. Truly helpful and professional. Highly recommend her!

First time renting a unit so was a little nervous - but Dani at the counter is AMAZING. She explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond to make sure my specific needs were met. She is also so friendly and personable and we had a few good laughs together. Can’t thank you enough for your service!! Would also like to shout out Jim at the wonderland location for referring me to commissioners, and Amy who played the middle messenger! Thank you all :)
