I had an outstanding experience with Dom and Melody at StorageMart on Adelaide.
My check-in process got pretty messy due to errors from the U.S. call center, and honestly, it could’ve gone really bad. But Dom and Melody completely turned things around. They didn’t just fix the issue, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
One thing I’d strongly recommend is doing your reservation in person at the location if you can. After what I experienced with the call center, it’s clear the on-site team is far more reliable and actually takes the time to get everything right the first time.
Dom and Melody were patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about making things right. You don’t come across customer service like that very often.
If you’re dealing with any issues or just want a stress-free experience, I highly recommend going through the Adelaide StorageMart team. Dom and Melody are absolute pros.

Melody and Beth were great. They helped me recover my full payment history, even though they switched systems, and gave us tips as to where to donate clothes. Both were very helpful and great to chat with in general, and especially if I needed help with anything regarding the unit. They made my move out very smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Enjoy the rock you two!

Excellent storage unit company - everyone staff I interacted with was so friendly, so professional, and so helpful. The entire complex was always really clean, very well-secured, and always felt really safe. My unit specifically kept my stuff in good condition and I never had any security concerns. Would definitely use this location again.

This is my go-to from now on. The facility is great. Secure, clean, safe storage area and office area.

The ladies at StorageMart Adelaide are the absolute best. They are customer service friendly, patient, attentive and accommodating. I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Beth and Mel on one occasion and then Destinee and Dani on another. These ladies are GREAT and I appreciate them so much assisting me in getting my unit.
