Great service from staff whether on phone or in office.
Ernie ( phone support) was great, friendly and knowledgeable.
Lucas also gave an incredible experience and took time to assist with all/ any questions.
Good promotions/ options and appreciate the month by month options. When I no longer required the unit, it was easy to end the agreement. Facility well maintained and secure.

Can’t say enough about Lucas the assistant manager. My mother and I arrived (unknowingly early) before the office opened, after our moving truck from Montreal arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery time.
Lucas opened the door, and got us all set up in a manner of minutes and helped us every step of the way. He truly went over and beyond what we could’ve ever expected. Thanks so much Lucas!!!

I recently used a storage unit at StorageMart and had a fantastic experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me great peace of mind when storing my belongings. I especially want to commend Lucas for his outstanding service — he was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. I had a very positive experience with this storage facility. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure. The staff was knowledgeable and even recommended the proper type of lock to use, which gave me extra peace of mind. Access was easy and everything felt organized and professionally managed. I’d definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of safe, reliable storage.
