I am disappointed that I can not afford to maintain using the services.
First off, everyone I encountered at the location was incredible.
They were helpful, eager to make sure I had what I needed, informative, straightforward, and kind. I am very thankful for all the support they provided.
The facilities were clean, easy to navigate, easy to access for users but plenty of security measures, the storage unit was well maintained. They took it very seriously.
So it really hurt when the corporation cranked the prices by an incredible amount, an almost $100 increase in my monthly fees. I would have kept my unit for much longer had the prices not spiked like this. I don't understand how with the cost of living in everything else increasing, this is expected to be a feasible business model to make money.
Great service if you can afford it, but who can these days?

Great experience at StorageMart on Adelaide St. The unit was clean, easy to access, and the price was fair.
Melody was super helpful and made move-out very easy.
I would definitely use StorageMart again and recommend it to others!

Great service from staff whether on phone or in office.
Ernie ( phone support) was great, friendly and knowledgeable.
Lucas also gave an incredible experience and took time to assist with all/ any questions.
Good promotions/ options and appreciate the month by month options. When I no longer required the unit, it was easy to end the agreement. Facility well maintained and secure.

Can’t say enough about Lucas the assistant manager. My mother and I arrived (unknowingly early) before the office opened, after our moving truck from Montreal arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery time.
Lucas opened the door, and got us all set up in a manner of minutes and helped us every step of the way. He truly went over and beyond what we could’ve ever expected. Thanks so much Lucas!!!
