I had an outstanding experience with Dom and Melody at StorageMart on Adelaide.
My check-in process got pretty messy due to errors from the U.S. call center, and honestly, it could’ve gone really bad. But Dom and Melody completely turned things around. They didn’t just fix the issue, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
One thing I’d strongly recommend is doing your reservation in person at the location if you can. After what I experienced with the call center, it’s clear the on-site team is far more reliable and actually takes the time to get everything right the first time.
Dom and Melody were patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about making things right. You don’t come across customer service like that very often.
If you’re dealing with any issues or just want a stress-free experience, I highly recommend going through the Adelaide StorageMart team. Dom and Melody are absolute pros.

My wife and I recently rented two storage units at the StorageMart Adelaide location in London, Ontario, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.
We worked closely with Melody and her coworker throughout the process, and they were both extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Melody in particular made our transition from a smaller unit to a larger one seamless and stress-free. She always returned calls promptly, answered questions clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly.
Since we are currently living in Calgary, having a reliable team looking after our belongings in Ontario gave us tremendous peace of mind. The facility has been well managed, secure, and offered at a fair and reasonable rate.
It’s rare these days to receive customer service that is this consistent and professional. We would absolutely recommend StorageMart Adelaide in London to anyone looking for storage solutions and appreciate the excellent support from Melody and the team.

Great service from staff whether on phone or in office.
Ernie ( phone support) was great, friendly and knowledgeable.
Lucas also gave an incredible experience and took time to assist with all/ any questions.
Good promotions/ options and appreciate the month by month options. When I no longer required the unit, it was easy to end the agreement. Facility well maintained and secure.
