Rented a storage unit and the service was very professional. The representative listened to what we needed to store and provided the different options that would fit our needs showing us the physical size units. The contract was quick and painless and we were all set very quickly. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I really liked the service and I thought the price was fair for the location. Without a doubt, these were the most important factors in choosing this self-service. In addition, the access hours are great and flexible, including Sundays.

Checking in and signing up was very easy. All details of leasing were explained, and straight forward. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I have used this site in the past and that is why I have come back to used it again

The front desk staff was very helpful for a remote move in. Customer service which really counts. Kudos to both the gentleman and the lady. I must say though there is an insurance charge which was sprung on me when I came to pay and everything was said and done but so is business. This review is incentivized but regard less of that, customer is top notch at the London Location.

The Migson Team of Peter and Hailey is outstanding. They are both knowledgeable, professional and most accommodating. I will definitely use the company again. It is clean, accessible and very reasonably priced.
