From the moment I walked in I felt welcome at this location. The staff are polite, professional and courteous. This location is spotless and very secure. I know the items I have in storage are locked up tight. Apple Self Storage checks all the boxes for me. Great value, secure, and ease of use. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best customer service, hands down. Enjoyed a fresh coffee while signing up and talked with their customer service representative Ramona about her native foods and enjoyed the conversation.
The first tour was impressive. Clean, spacious and easy to find color coded facility made our decision that much easier.

Today when I got off the bus, a small kitten had run across the busy street and made its way along the property and into the area where the big trucks are loaded and unloaded. The staff members present took the time to help me capture and secure the kitten, and helped us get home safely. The staff are incredible people, and are not afraid to go above and beyond for someone who isn't a customer and save an animal in need. The kitten is safe, and is currently on its way to a new home đź’™ Thank you all so much for saving his life

Excellent Service and Clean Facility!
I’ve had a great experience with Apple Self Storage. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional — they made the whole process quick and easy. The units are clean, well-lit, and secure, giving me total peace of mind about my belongings.
Access hours are convenient, and the facility is always well maintained. I really appreciate how smooth everything has been from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Apple Self Storage to anyone looking for a safe, affordable, and reliable storage option!

Place is clean, staff is helpful and friendly.
The downside to this place is that they don’t have a “due date” and charge late fees every week until payment is made. They also increase your monthly payment before even being there for a year, which to me is crazy!!!
Seniors or people on fixed incomes who rely on places like this to hold their belongings need to have a more flexible schedule that works for them as best as possible.
I would recommend this place over a few others solely for cleanliness and friendly staff onsite. Always monitor your payments and make sure they’re posted correctly.
