Access Storage - Marconi Gate

Staff were quite pleasant and helpful; locker was spotlessly clean; received a good discount on-line; gate could be unlocked (in both directions) without getting out of the driver seat.

The storage facility is great but Lakezia is amazing!!! We received the best service, the unit was super clean, the prices affordable, and the location seems safe. Weekly billing takes the stress out of the payment issue and makes things that much more affordable. It's under new management and so much better. We had some issues and Lakezia handled them with a smile, she's absolutely incredible! Will definitely be using this facility from now on.

I was storing here prior to the company change. I had an amazing experience with the old staff and they were super understanding and helpful and I built a great relationship with them. I loved the fact that it was 24/7 and usually went to my unit in the evening. You now pay more to use the 24/7 service and they increased the unit price. I’m not sure what happened to the old staff but I wish they still worked here.

I was able to complete almost the entire registration process on the phone and via email. Even got some free boxes! Still can't believe there's no commitment required for the first 4 weeks free! Highly recommend.
