Im not one to leave reviews however after my experience today I had to give the acknowledgment that’s well deserved. Im beyond thankful for all the help and patience Rebecca gave me today. She kindly answered all of the questions I had regarding my current storage unit, other storage options, advice on how to save monthly fees, corrected technical/account issues I was having, came to my unit to further assist me twice. Rebecca went above and beyond.

We had a fantastic experience with this facility. I needed storage for just a few weeks between apartment rentals, and they had exactly what we needed (and at a great price, too). The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

I had great experience with Access Storage at White Oaks. The whole process of renting a storage unit was so easy and simple.
Rochelle was so kind and patient with me. I had so many questions, and she took the time to explain everything and help me find the best notion and price for what I needed. I really appreciate that.
When I stopped by to get some moving supplies, Hailey helped me right away. She showed me everything I could need and helped me choose the best options for what I was looking for.
Price is fair comparing to other companies, service is great. Rochelle and Hailey are the best team, and that was the difference for me when I choose Access Storage.

I had a great experience storing my motorhome here. The facilities are secure and well-maintained, but the customer service really stands out. Rebecca at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything simple and stress-free. I highly recommend this storage service!

I planned to move my things to Access storage as I heard wonderful comments about it .
On the day of moving , my movers told me that my unit which is medium will not be sufficient for my things and that I should get a bigger one , so I and my brother went over to the White oaks branch , I met Rebecca who helped me kindly to upgrade to a larger one. I remember that day I was tired , my head was spinning with so much going on , but Rebecca helped me smoothly, she was so good and kind , I was overwhelmed by that and so grateful as well. I truly appreciate the help provided to me , she kept saying " I got you" and that one sentence somehow bought peace to my overflowing thoughts. She offered me the best price for the unit as well which again helped me abundantly. I am glad I choose Access storage and I recommend everyone to go for it without any doubt.
