Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had some problems with the online process and had to go in to office the day before website my rental. Oddly the website said they were closed Monday.... Turned out that being November 11th some of the provincial offices were closed for Remembrance day,; but in London ON they weren't.

I had a great experience. The ladies was so professional and took the time to give us a tour of the place and to explain how everything works. All my belongings were safe and no issues with entering the gate.I recommend this place one hundred percent.
