This was one of the best customer service experiences ever! Kudos to Lakezia and Jillian for being patient, accommodating and efficient. One 5 min phone call for the inquiry, and another 20 min phone call for registration and payment. They are very diligent and professional at this location. Also their plans are flexible which is a big plus for temporary storage. I did call around to inquire but this was the best so far… I highly recommend this location!

Staff was very friendly and efficient. After paperwork was done they showed me where the unit was and demonstrated how to use the lock. Moving everything in was easy with the access codes provided. Will definitely use this place again if I ever need storage in the future!

Staff were polite and understanding. Easy to talk to and get answers. The unit was clean and the buildings appear to be well maintained. As our need increased I was too quick to book an extra unit which turned out was going to be too small. The staff were extremely helpful in moving up to a larger unit.
