This was one of the best customer service experiences ever! Kudos to Lakezia and Jillian for being patient, accommodating and efficient. One 5 min phone call for the inquiry, and another 20 min phone call for registration and payment. They are very diligent and professional at this location. Also their plans are flexible which is a big plus for temporary storage. I did call around to inquire but this was the best so far… I highly recommend this location!

I rented for about 3 months. It was easy, unit was clean and accessible. The online portal looks a bit 2000-ish but it works (for example, in order to login you have to select your location and it doesn't even remember the selection).

This was the first time ever renting a storage unit. It was a seamless experience and the staff were lovely to deal with. If I need to use a storage unit in the future, I would use Access Storage again.

Staff were polite and understanding. Easy to talk to and get answers. The unit was clean and the buildings appear to be well maintained. As our need increased I was too quick to book an extra unit which turned out was going to be too small. The staff were extremely helpful in moving up to a larger unit.

First time using Access Storage! From speaking on the phone to meeting in person for the tour of the storage unit I had a great experience - everyone took the time to answer all my questions and go through the contract thoroughly. 5/5 stars!
