I absolutely recommend this storage unit location! I have rented here for 4 years and the employees are all wonderful and super helpful. Phone calls to the call centre have always been great and efficient as well! Nice clean location, never had any issues getting into my unit, and the area is very secure.

Went in today to set up my locket and was helped by Vanessa who was so lovely to deal with! She explained everything to me and was so friendly. Was also helped by Kyle (pretty sure) who was also fantastic! Great staff at this location!

From the moment I called and spoke with Raul at the call centre to when we walked into the office and Amy greeted us with a beautiful smile, we were happy that we chose StorageMart. We were in a difficult situation and required immediate storage. Within minutes of calling we booked a storage unit and everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend StorageMart. My husband+ I have been customers for several years at Storage Mart, Adelaide St.in London Ontario. Kyle+ his staff have Always be extremely Efficient,Helpful+ Knowledgeable with the business. Unfortunately,we have to leave,+ even with this issue,they have remained loyal+ helped us in anyway they could !!! You don’t find business people like that anymore!! We’ll miss them tremendously
